SHIFTPOD

SHIFTPOD designs mobile, weather resistant units for the outdoors. SHIFTPOD was activated at Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas in 2018 to design camping at the Insomniac festival for the first year ever. SHIFTPOD brought in over 3,000 units to provide festival goers the opportunity to camp on site. Festivate worked as the marketing relationship between EDC and SHIFTPOD. By doing so, Festivate designed an interactive, electrifying activation that welcomed festival goers into a collaborative space. 

AESTHETIC

The dome was designed to be an interactive structure with touchable art and illuminating pieces that took festival goers to another dimension. 

INTERACTIVE

The space transformed into an interactive space full of artwork, words and energy. Festival goers used the space as a lounge area to relax, charge their phones, and enjoy the light show.

 ENTERTAINMENT

To keep the party alive, beat boxers and DJ's performed a one of a kind performance inside the dome. 

SUMMARY

5,000 SHIFTPOD branded hand fans were distributed to festival goers to keep cool on days that exceeded 90 degrees. There were about 5,000 in person impressions daily. Brand recognition went up 112% from the previous year and SHIFTPOD grew its social following on Instagram by 7k followers since the launch of the activation.
